Digital Image and Video Processing (OCEL-606)

This course introduces the fundamental concepts and techniques used in digital image and video processing. Topics include image representation, enhancement, restoration, compression, and analysis, as well as video processing techniques. Students will learn to apply these concepts to real-world applications such as medical imaging, remote sensing, and multimedia systems.
